Medium:Slurry with 4% sulfuric acid
Operation temperature:210-220°C
Operation pressure:1.8-2.2 MPa。
Anti-corrosion design:Sealing layer + brick-lining with Asplit VP 788 mortar and Asplit FQ mortar
2. Floor protection for stripper hangar, selecting laminate
Medium:Stripper, methylene chloride mixed with phenol and formic acid or methylene chloride mixed with toluene, ethanol and sodium chromate.
Operation temperature:Ambient
Mechanical stress:heavy load and wear-resistance, afford the air plane and related equipment.
Other requirements:Static conductive, combustion proof.
Anti-corrosion design: Asplit LC Laminate
3. Lining of the trencher for vinyl chloride workshop, selecting laminate and mortar
Medium: Dichloroethane, hydro-chloride and water
Design temperature:-13—180°C
Design pressure:1.41MPa。
Anti-corrosion design:Asplit LF laminate+acid-proof bricks with Asplit VP 788 mortar
4. Corrosion check list and the anti-corrosion design
Normally the chemical, temperature and mechanical stresses the objects face must be checked carefully before the anti-corrosion design forms. |
